School Transition Support

As experienced educators and school leaders, we understand how important a successful transition to school can be for children with additional needs.

Our staff will work with your family to provide educational options, and to translate educational jargon into English!

We can support the transition to the most appropriate educational setting for your child, removing the anxiety and stress of this important transition point.

School Readiness Program

Our highly trained staff provide weekly sessions, covering the essential skills to ensure your child is ready for the transition to kindergarten. Focussing on the basic skills of literacy, numeracy, problem solving and social skills, our dedicated staff know what your child needs for school success!

Specialist Early Educator Support

Children who are currently funded under Early Intervention in the NDIS (up until 9 years) can access a specialist early educator to assist with skill development. Reach out for a conversation today!

Pricing:

• As per NDIS pricing schedule of $193.99 per hour

We work with both private and NDIS clients.

NDIS - We are a registered NDIS provider, providing supports to self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants!

** Families and carers may also like to consider our Play Therapy or Positive Behaviour Support options for their child transitioning into kindergarten. Our School Readiness program is highly recommended for children in the year prior to kindergarten
