Evidentiary Behaviour Assessment Reports

Evidentiary Behaviour Assessment Reports (BAR) are created for NDIS participants wanting to provide evidence to the NDIS of the Behaviour Specialist Support that they require.

The assessments are funded under the following line numbers:

Participants under 7 years:

15_005_0118_1_3 - Capacity Building Supports for Early Childhood Intervention (Other Therapy)

Participants 8 years and older:

15_056_0128_1_3 - Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy and/or Training - Other Therapy

Assessment Reports include client summary, summary of the behaviours of concern, behavioural data, psychometric assessment data using a range of therapeutic assessment tools, evidence of restrictive practices, and a recommendation of support needs

The assessment reports take approx. 15 hours to complete and are charged at the standard NDIS rates per hour.
